Exciting Collaboration with Jinchuan Group: Enhancing Copper-Nickel Recovery through Advanced Flotation Column Technology

We are thrilled to announce that our company has secured a significant order from Jinchuan Group, the world's third-largest nickel producer. Jinchuan Group has purchased six of our laboratory flotation columns for their pilot plant operations, marking a new milestone in our ongoing collaboration.

In June 2024, We signed a cooperation agreement with the National Key Laboratory for Comprehensive Utilization of Nickel and Cobalt Resources of the Jinchuan Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Key Laboratory"). This collaboration builds upon previous small experiment cooperation, aiming to expand the scale of experimental operations. A trial flotation column production line will be constructed in the pilot workshop of the Key Laboratory to further verify the recovery effectiveness of the flotation column for fine-grained Copper-Nickel. By combining the Key Laboratory's advanced Copper-Nickel recovery technology with Jupiter's laboratory flotation column, both parties will work together to verify new technologies for the comprehensive recovery of fine-grained Copper-Nickel resources.

The pilot production line will operate at a capacity of 55 kg/hour and follow a test process consisting of one roughing stage, three cleaning stages, and two scavenging stages, utilizing a total of six laboratory flotation columns. Specifically, the roughing and scavenging stages will employ the JSYF-150 (20-65 kg/h), while the three cleaning stages will use the JSYF60 (3.0-8.5 kg/h), JSYF80 (6-20 kg/h), and JSYF100 (10-35 kg/h) respectively.

This collaboration not only underscores the high performance and reliability of our flotation column technology but also demonstrates our commitment to advancing mineral processing techniques in partnership with industry leaders. We are confident that this joint effort will yield innovative solutions and set new benchmarks in the efficient recovery of Copper-Nickel from fine-grained ores.
